Cancellation and Return
1. Any cancellations to the order shall be made before 24 hours of the actual time of delivery to claim refund of the paid amount. No refund shall be made once the 24hr delivery window starts.
2. Cancellation of order shall be made with mail with Subject: “Cancellation Request" and sent to email@example.com shall contain following details:-
- a. Order ID:
- b. Cancellation Reason.
3. Cancellation shall be initiated after formal order cancellation request is received at firstname.lastname@example.org and amount will be credited in the same account from where it has been deducted and it will take 7 to 10 days.
4. Refund shall be made under following conditions:
- a. Order was cancelled.
- b. Order was not delivered to the recipient.( This does not include the case for unfounded recipient )
- c. If there is any complain regarding the quality of the product being delivered, we will inquire about the same and if it is found to be true, the customer will get a full refund or the product will be replaced.
5. A refund can only be requested in case of service failure, our team will evaluate if an order qualifies for a refund and the decision of our management will be final. The refund amount in no circumstances can exceed the amount paid by customer, we are not liable for any loss or claim beyond the amount actually paid by customer.
6. In case of Cancellation, 20% charge will be applicable if cancelled within 24 hours of Delivery.
7. Any discounted or exempted amount cannot be claimed for refund.
8. Any extra amount credited to Giftlaya account may be considered for order enhancement but will not be refundable.
9. In all matters concerning Cancellation and Giftlaya shall have the deciding hand.
10. Giftlaya may amend its Cancellation and Refund Policy from time to time. If we make any substantial changes in the way we use your personal information we will notify you by email or an announcement on the website.

Cancellation Policy for Decoration Packages
Booking Policy –
Please Try to Book us before 7-10 Days of the Events as our slots may get full for that day. But we also we take last minute Bookings Up to 12 hours before the event if the slot is available. Confirm your last minute booking on our Phone No. 9088831541
Cancellation Policy -
If cancellations are made -
Less than 24 hours before an Event: Cancellation with no amount refund
24 hours to 72 hours before an Event: Rs 1000 or 50% whichever is Lower
3-7 Days before an Event: Rs 500 Flat Cancelation Charges
Before 7 Days of Event: No Cancellation charge
In case of Rain/Hailstorm or Any other act of God, Only Reschedule will be entertained and No Cancellation will be done. Perishable item(s) will not be refunded/cancelled/rescheduled.
No Cancellation is possible for experiences booked for 13th and 14th February as these are Valentine's Special Packages, 25th December, 31st December and 1st January or any other special days for Special Packages.
For Room& Decoration Packages or Candle Light Packages 50% will be deducted anytime you cancel the packages. For Some Packages No Money will be refunded after the Booking.
Less than 24 hours before experience: No Rescheduling (Re scheduling Only in Certain Cases)
24 hours to 3 days before an experience: Rescheduling at Zero Fee.
3 days or more before an experience: Rescheduling at Zero Fee.
No Rescheduling possible for experiences booked for 13th and 14th February or 25th and 31st December or any other special days for Special Packages.
Cake and Bouquet cannot be cancelled on the same day of your experience.
For Hotel Stays only 18+ Age is Allowed for the Guests. Only 2 People are allowed in the Hotel Room.
Our working days/hours are Monday to Saturday (11 am - 7 pm). Sunday our office is closed.
