• Though we use best quality tape to stick balloons, we suggest removing the balloons within 24 hours after the decoration otherwise there is possibility of damages in walls and ceiling.
• Decorator will not wait for more than 30 minutes

• All the items used in the decoration are on rental basis and will be taken back on the next day of the event.
• If case of a complaint, notice must be given within 2 hours of the delivery time of the experience No rescheduling or cancellation is possible after the decoration has been attempted.

• Keep the balloons away from children, as uninflated or broken balloons can cause choking.
• The balloons will be hung using cello tape as we don’t use helium due to its asphyxiation properties.
• Remove the cello tape immediately after the event is over.
• In case if the cello tape is causing damage to the wall, use a hair dryer to blow hot air on the tape as it will prevent the damage.
